Research Lines
My research lies at the intersection of labor and public economics, focusing on the design and evaluation of policies that promote equity and efficiency in the labor market. A significant part of my work investigates the role of gender in the economy, with an emphasis on policies designed to address and reduce gender disparities. Recently, I have explored the impact of family policies, such as paternity leave reforms, on labor market outcomes, household decision-making, and family formation processes. Furthermore, I examine how these policies shape and influence the evolution of social norms surrounding the roles of men and women in society. To address critical economic questions, my research leverages advanced econometric techniques and incorporates the collection of primary data sets.
