Short Biography

Julien Prat joined the Institute in September 2009. His fields of interest are labor economics, macroeconomics, search theory and contract theory. He has been working on the impact of trade and product market regulations on labor market outcomes. Before joining the Institute, Julien obtained his Ph.D. from the European University Institute in Florence and spent the year 2004-2009 at the University of Vienna as an Assistant Professor of Economics. Currently he is at the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST), Paris.
